6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scotia Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
