By accessing or using Scotia Fre Connect services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Scotia Connect provides payment routing, financial connection APIs, and related fintech services to businesses operating in Canada. Our platform facilitates secure transaction processing and financial data integration through our proprietary technology stack.
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Scotia Fre Connect strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. We provide technical support during business hours and maintain 24/7 monitoring for critical issues. Service level agreements are detailed in your specific contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scotia Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
